Marassi Promenade is a dynamic waterfront destination blending marina culture, family leisure, and luxury residential living.
GLSW developed the full wayfinding and signage program for the promenade, shaping a system that carefully reflects the unique coastal identity of the North Coast while supporting intuitive movement across the layered public realm. The design draws from nautical geometry, warm timber textures, and soft off-white finishes that mirror the architectural palette and the coastal environment. Clear pathways thoughtfully connect retail zones, residential clusters, dining terraces, marina docks, and the wider community, with signage positioned to manage flow without obstructing scenic views to the water.
The palette was engineered for high durability in a marine climate while maintaining a refined, contemporary appearance. Typography and iconography were meticulously crafted to ensure clarity across long viewing distances typical of waterfront promenades. Together, the system anchors Marassi’s strong sense of place, balancing leisure-driven warmth with clean coastal sophistication.
