Fountain Views is a mixed-use development consisting of four towers (approx. 60 storeys each), multi-level parkade and a three-storey retail complex connected to The Dubai Mall. The towers include The Address Fountain Views Hotel, The Address branded Residences, Fountain Views Residences and Boulevard Point Residences, whereas the retail functions as a new high-end addition to The Dubai Mall.
GLSW developed a complex-wide wayfinding strategy which included a deep understanding of multiple guest categories, multi-tiered access controls, vertical transportation, cross property access and movement, and the wayfinding solutions for 12 storeys of parking for thousands of cars.
We developed various signage systems across the different assets from hospitality, residential, retail, parking and all guest and operational areas.
